Can you order in a specific book for me?
We'd love to connect you to the book you want! Come in store or get in touch with us and we will do our best to source the book for you. Use the contact tab on our website or email hello@aureliabooks.co.nz.
Can I order online and pick-up in store?
Absolutely. There is a "click and collect" option at checkout, choose that option if you'd like to pick-up your goodies instore and we will send you a notification when your item/s are ready to be collected.
Can you host my event?
Aurelia Books loves hosting all things bookish. Email us at events@aureliabooks.co.nz to get in touch and let us know about your event.
Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes! We have two ways of giving back to you: digital or analogue. Both are equal in the rewards you get from Aurelia. For our digital option, click on the gold rewards button on your screen to sign up. For our loyalty card, pop instore to grab yours and start collecting your stamps!
How much does shipping cost?
Aurelia Books uses flat shipping rates. $9 for standard urban shipping across the motu, and $12 for rural delivery. Currently, we only ship within Aotearoa.
Can I stock my book at Aurelia?
We would love to stock self-published authors! We are currently working on a self-published author policy, which will be available soon. It will give you the low-down on how Aurelia works with self-published authors.
