Come along to learn how to sew together your own unlined hardcover journal – led by classically-trained bookbindress Tiffany Tucker from Bookbinding Etc, with help from Aurelia Books owner Brodie Joyce.

Tiffany is an apprentice bookbinder of Bookbinding Etc and a member of the Association of Bookcrafts. She has a deep love for the arts, literature and history. 

When studying her MFA (Masters in Fine Arts), she stumbled across a bookbinding task and fell in love with the trade. Now she pursues her bookbinding apprenticeship in the hopes to keep it alive here in Aotearoa New Zealand. She thrives on community connection and believes the arts can help connect and ground us to the human experience – finding comfort in the struggle and achievement that others have faced before.
